Traditional event management is built on physical venues, local logistics, and scheduled programming. While we loved the execution of physical events, the catalyst that pivoted our path came from an unexpected place: raising ducks.

Caring for these birds led to founding the Decent Ducks Sanctuary, a physical rescue project with a story to share globally. To fund and build a community around the sanctuary, we launched the Decent Ducks NFT project on Solana.

Managing a digital ecosystem of art, community Discord, and smart contract assets completely shifted our perspective. It proved that digital brand building and direct content creation could scale faster and reach further than traditional marketing.

DDNYC in New York City was a milestone: on stage with 300+ founders, creators, and builders, talking through what “betting on yourself” actually looked like.

It wasn’t a polished presentation. It was the real path — turning the camera on, making videos, live streaming, pivoting to X after the TikTok ban, meeting people in the room, and keeping the brand moving the hard way.

Today, our focus is centered on three core pillars: media production, scaling the Decent Ducks sanctuary and on-chain project, and building in public on the JustDuckIt journey.

By taking the execution principles of physical events and combining them with direct digital storytelling, we build authentic brand connections and share every step of the journey with our community.

True advocacy goes beyond our own backyard. We travel to volunteer with animal rescues and sanctuaries across the country, learning firsthand about species care while using web development, content creation, and digital strategy to amplify their stories.
